Under the Canopy of Downtown Dallas

Sleek and sophisticated describes the interior of this stunning 3 level detached townhome in Bryan Place. The second floor open living, dining and kitchen space is both functional and beautiful with white oak flooring, high ceilings, large windows and dramatic ceiling height kitchen cabinetry. A highlight is the oversized crescent shaped island overlooking the living and dining areas. There is a bedroom suite on the first floor with built-in murphy bed and two suites on the third floor including the Primary. All are outfitted with generous closets and baths. The Primary Suite in particular has a double granite vanity, an oversized shower and a room sized walk-in closet. The interior is impressive, but the exterior features are uniquely special with two private outdoor spaces including a large first floor terrace and a rooftop deck with a jaw dropping downtown view. If all of this isn’t quite enough, the location is unbeatable. You'll live within five minutes of Baylor University Medical Center, downtown Dallas, Farmer’s Market, Exall Park and some of Dallas’ hottest and most innovative dining and entertainment. This beautifully maintained townhouse development has low HOA dues and great neighbors. Looking for “it all?” You just found it!

Steps From

Exall Park

Exall Park
Exall Park was established in 1917 and designed by renowned architect George Kessler, who also created Fair Park and many other downtown buildings.

Exall Park is home to the City of Dallas Recreation Center, a full-access children’s playground, a basketball court, a softball field, a giant meadow for live concerts, shaded alleys for art exhibits and demonstrations, convenient edge-of-downtown location, and undulating walking paths.

Exall Park is the center of a newly revitalized neighborhood.

Friend of Exall Park
By 2005 a second group of concerned Bryan Place residents came together led by Sue Dorsey and Beth Borman to form the “Friends of Exall Park.” It is a 501 (c) (3) private, non‐profit corporation that has partnered with the City of Dallas’ Parks and Recreation Department. Friends has been working with the City of Dallas to help make Exall Park one of the premier urban parks in the State of Texas.  A community vision was realized to come together to protect our biggest asset that sits right in the front yard of Bryan Place.

Friends continues to work tirelessly to make Exall Park a destination for fun, fellowship, and family enjoyment. Over the years Exall Park has  hosted concerts by the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and other family‐oriented fun events in the park.

Friends has fulfilled a dream to make Exall Park a beautiful oasis for our neighborhood, the community, and all of Dallas to enjoy.

Downtown Dallas

The National
The National is positioned in the heart of Downtown Dallas at 1401 Elm Street and was the tallest building west of the Mississippi River when it delivered in 1964 as a 1.3 million square foot office tower. Vacant since 2010, Todd Interests, in partnership with Moriah Capital, is in the process of redeveloping this iconic tower into a new, modern, $450mm mixed-use building after acquiring controlling interest in the project in February 2019. The historic redevelopment will contain Thompson Hotels’ “flagship” in the State of Texas, 324 Class A multifamily units, 37,000 square feet of office space including a lease signed with Downtown Dallas, Inc., and 43,000 square feet of retail space. The Thompson Hotel will deliver in Fall 2020 in addition to the first turn of the multifamily apartment units, office, and retail space

East Quarter
East quarter is a neighborhood filled with turn-of-the-century brick, stone and timber jewel boxes. These historic automobile showrooms have been home to Dallas’ most innovative companies since its inception as “Auto-Row” in the 1920s. Captivated by the history and transcendent architecture, Todd Interests set out to acquire 18 historic buildings in 2018. The acquisition totaled about 200,000 square feet acquired from four owners to be converted into a combination of office and retail space. When complete, East Quarter will be an urban destination district within Dallas.

In addition to restoring the existing 18 historic buildings of East Quarter, the project also includes a new 20-story mixed use development with retail, office and residential space. Though an expansive building, the new development has been carefully designed to respect the already existing historic structures. At its core is the nearly 100-year-old Meletio building, which will serve as the centerpiece of the new development. The project features 200,000 square feet of offices, 25,000 square feet of retail space, and 336 class A residential apartments, complete with an eighth-floor amenity deck with a swimming pool and outdoor areas.

AT&T Discovery District
One of the best things about the Discovery District is the range of things to see and do – The Media Wall consists of more than 9,000 square feet of futuristic, colorful high-definition displays on a 104-foot tall outdoor wall interpreting communication in the natural world. The Globe is a 30-foot-tall, three-dimensional representation of AT&T’s iconic logo, decorated with 30,000 LEDs. Visitors can walk inside the installation to experience arrangements of light and sound that fuse art and technology. The AT&T Experience Store features immersive exhibits of TV and movie productions in partnership with WarnerMedia, which is constantly rotating new content. Enjoy the free ultra-fast 5G and WiFi in The Plaza, the Grove, or on the Lawn. Hungry? You can find everything from high-end steak and seafood to tacos, falafels, waffles, and more, or meet friends for craft cocktails and specialty beers at one of the welcoming bars. Our ultimate goal is to bring delight, cultivate imagination, and spark discoveries that foster communication and reinforce the links between all of us.

West End
Whether you’re a local searching for fun things to do in Downtown Dallas or a visitor wanting to experience the best of the Historic District, the West End is the ultimate destination. Our community is full of restaurants, museums, shops, and entertainment. Searching for new office space to lease, we have it all! The West End combines historic charm with modern elements and an electric atmosphere for those looking to live, work or play in the best neighborhood in Dallas!

Victory Park
Victory Park is the entertainment epicenter of Dallas, boasting streets lined with restaurants, bars and local shops that surround the American Airlines Center. The district offers a contemporary atmosphere with high-end dining and beverage locales, escape rooms, sports bars and sidewalk cafes, attracting young professionals with a focus on connectivity and community.

Victory Park is conveniently located on the North edge of Downtown Dallas within walking distance to the Katy Trail, the DART commuter rail and the Trinity Rail Express, which offers service to Fort Worth, showcasing a thorough landscape of food, diversity, and local culture.

Klyde Warren Park
Klyde Warren Park serves as a central gathering space for Dallas and its visitors. The 5.2-acre deck park, designed by The Office of James Burnett, is an urban green space built over the recessed Woodall Rodgers Freeway between Pearl and St. Paul streets in downtown Dallas. Klyde Warren Park is a highly active space, providing daily free programming for the public ranging from yoga to lecture series to outdoor concerts and films. The park is privately operated and managed by the Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation.

The Park is undertaking an estimated $76-million project to add 1.7 acres over Woodall Rodgers Freeway, just west of St. Paul Street. This land will be used for a pavilion and additional public park space, accessible year round for the community and guests.

Farmers Market
Nestled among the skyscrapers and the hustle of the city is a place where farmers become friends. In the middle of everything but away from it all, since 1941, the Dallas Farmers Market has been filled with wholesome produce and the collective fruits of our labor. Once a humble horse-and-wagon wholesale business, the market has grown with the city and turned into a hub for farm-fresh vegetables, dairy and more.  Today, in the heart of downtown, the Dallas Farmers Market exists to cultivate a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle for all of North Texas.
